By accessing and using the MX-1 Labs website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

This website is for informational and legitimate commercial use only. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Not use the site for illegal purposes
• Not attempt to access restricted areas
• Not interfere with the operation of the site

MX-1 Labs products are high-purity certified research compounds intended exclusively for in vitro experimental use and authorized preclinical models. They are not medications, supplements, food, or cosmetic products.

They are not approved by COFEPRIS for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any condition. By placing an order, the customer confirms that the products will be used under professional supervision and in accordance with applicable regulations.

All prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to:

• Modify prices without prior notice
• Reject or cancel orders for any reasonable cause
• Limit purchase quantities per customer

Payment is processed securely through PCI-DSS certified providers. MX-1 Labs does not store credit-card data.

We ship to all 32 federal entities within Mexico from CDMX, via Estafeta, FedEx, and DHL. Typical delivery times are 1–4 business days depending on the zone.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Adverse weather conditions
• Carrier operational issues
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Force majeure or fortuitous events

Due to the nature of research compounds, we only evaluate returns when the product is unopened and in its original packaging, with seal, batch label, and delivery documentation intact.

Opened or reconstituted products, or any product whose analytical chain of custody cannot be guaranteed, are not eligible for return for safety and analytical-integrity reasons.

All content on this website — text, images, logos, design, and code — is the property of MX-1 Labs or used under license. Reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

Products are sold "as is" exclusively for scientific research purposes. MX-1 Labs will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products outside the supervised experimental context for which they are intended.

Responsibility for preparation, handling, and experimental protocols rests exclusively with the receiving researcher.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of CDMX.
