We ship to all 32 federal entities of Mexico from CDMX via our certified logistics partners: Estafeta, FedEx, and DHL.

International shipping is not currently available. Cold-chain integrity and batch traceability can only be guaranteed within Mexico.

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the destination within Mexico:

• Central Mexico & CDMX: 1–2 business days
• North (NL, Coahuila, Chihuahua, Sonora, BC, Sinaloa, Tamaulipas): 2–3 business days
• Bajío (Jalisco, Querétaro, Guanajuato, Aguascalientes, SLP): 2–3 business days
• Southeast & Peninsula (Yucatán, QR, Chiapas, Tabasco, Oaxaca, Veracruz): 3–4 business days

All orders with a subtotal of $2,500 MXN or more include free shipping. The discount is applied automatically in your cart — no promo code required.

Every order is dispatched in thermally insulated packaging to maintain product stability during transit.

Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for 30 days or more. Cold chain is not strictly required during transit, but refrigeration is recommended once reconstituted.

Each order includes a real-time tracking number from the carrier, sent by email as soon as the package is collected.

Delivery times are carrier estimates and may vary. MX-1 Labs is not liable for delays caused by:

• Adverse weather conditions
• Carrier operational issues
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
• Force majeure or fortuitous events

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us within 7 calendar days of the estimated delivery date. We will coordinate the carrier claim and, if applicable, arrange a replacement.
