Research Chemicals and Peptides for Research in Mexico.
MX-1 Labs supplies synthetic compounds to research teams and academic labs in Mexico. We're not a generic bulk distributor: we work batch by batch and ship every vial with a CoA signed by the independent analytical lab that produced the chromatogram. Our synthesis partner retains per-batch samples under their GMP program; we coordinate audit requests through them. If your protocol needs auditable traceability, this is for you.

Why order from us?
Four operational decisions that define how we work.
Documentation first
Every vial leaves with its CoA signed by the independent analytical lab. If you want cross-validation by an accredited third party, we coordinate it.
No generic volume
We work in small batches. That means the chromatogram specific to your vial, retention samples held by the synthesizing lab, and the ability to audit the analytical chain of custody.
cGMP-standard synthesis
Production under current Good Manufacturing Practices. Full traceability from protected amino acids to the final lyophilized vial.
Controlled dispatch
Insulated packaging out of CDMX. Real-time shipment tracking. No international shipping — we don't want to compromise cold-chain integrity.
Scientific backing for every compound.
Each catalog product points back to the original preclinical literature. Five references that orient ongoing protocols.

What we get asked most.
Five direct answers to get started.
What exactly are research peptides?
Short chains of amino acids synthesized in a lab to study cellular signaling, metabolic pathways, and tissue repair. Distributed lyophilized in sealed vials for in vitro protocols and preclinical models. They are not medications.
How do I verify my vial is legitimate?
Match the batch number on the vial against the CoA you receive. If you want additional validation, we can coordinate analysis by an accredited independent lab on request.
How is a lyophilized vial stored?
Sealed: controlled environment, no direct light, no sharp temperature swings. Once reconstituted in the diluent your SOP specifies, refrigerate and apply the stability window defined by the lab protocol.
What does cGMP mean in this context?
Current Good Manufacturing Practices — the international standards that govern chemical-synthesis processes, quality controls, and documentation. It means the batch has an auditable chain of custody.
Do you ship anywhere in Mexico? What about abroad?
Yes within Mexico: all 32 federal entities via Estafeta, FedEx, and DHL from CDMX. We do not ship internationally — cold-chain traceability becomes uncertain and we'd rather not compromise it.
Three operational commitments.
What goes into every box that leaves the lab.
Verifiable analytical purity
≥99% by HPLC documented in the CoA with a chromatogram specific to the batch. Cross-validation by an accredited lab available on request.
Batch-traceable CoA
Unique batch number, analysis date, identity by mass spectrometry, and the complete impurity profile on every certificate.
Lyophilized in a sterile vial
No excipients, no fillers. Reconstitution with whichever diluent your lab's SOP specifies.

LAL endotoxin testing in peptides: why it matters
Bacterial endotoxins can invalidate experimental results even when HPLC purity exceeds 98%. This guide explains how the LAL (Limulus Amebocyte Lysate) assay works, which limits to document, and how to interpret certificates of analysis that include endotoxin data.

HPLC vs mass spectrometry: what each section of a COA tells you
A research-peptide Certificate of Analysis contains at least two independent tests: HPLC reports chromatographic purity, mass spectrometry confirms molecular identity. Neither alone is sufficient; here's how to read both.
