About Tesamorelin 10 mg

Tesamorelin 10 mg (TSM10) is a synthetic 44-amino-acid analog of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), stabilized against enzymatic degradation. It is supplied as a sterile lyophilized vial.

As a GHRH analog it acts at the pituitary GHRH receptor to stimulate endogenous growth-hormone secretion; in clinical research it is best characterized for preferential reduction of visceral adipose tissue.

This listing is for a research chemical intended strictly for in-vitro and preclinical laboratory use. It is not a drug, supplement, or medical product, and is not for human or veterinary use.

Research applications

Used in laboratory research on the GHRH receptor, the GH / IGF-1 axis, and visceral-adiposity and metabolic models.

Storage and handling

Store the lyophilized vial at −20 °C, protected from light. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water immediately before experimental use.
